Cash App Pay returns follow our standard return policy. Cash App Pay transactions originating from the stored balance in the app will be refunded to the customer’s Cash App account balance. Cash App Pay transactions originating from a linked debit card or bank account will be refunded to the original card or bank account. Once the refund is issued, it can take up to 10 business days for Cash App to receive the refund. As soon as Cash App receives the refund, the funds will automatically appear in your Cash App balance or linked debit card.
