Once the item is received back, a Promotional Code equal to the amount paid for the merchandise will be emailed to the gift recipient so they may purchase a different item on SteveMadden.com. The gift recipient may also return the item to a Steve Madden store (only stores in the USA excluding Colorado, Utah and Savannah, GA locations).
