My items were shipped but it has been 10 days since the last tracking event, what should I do?Updated a day ago

First check with household members or neighbors and confirm items were not included in a different package if there were multiple shipments for the order. If you still can’t find the item and you have opted for Narvar Secure, submit a claim through our online portal. This must be filed no later than 9 months after the ship date.
