My package is marked as “delivered,” but I have not received it. What should I do?Updated a day ago

If your tracking number shows “delivered,” first check with household members or neighbors and look around your front door or mailbox. Please wait one day for possible carrier delays or mis-scans. If your package still hasn’t arrived and you have opted for Narvar Secure, you can file a claim through our online portal, and we’ll resolve it quickly for you. This must be filed no later than 9 months after the marked delivery date.
